Comment spam happening at the moment...

Just like poor Manuel recently, I've spent today chasing a comment spammer from post to post. So I turned on moderation, put comments in a pop-up and implemented a captcha for the moment until they get the point and go away.

    I use moderation all the time. I think it's great for a number of reasons. If somebody is doing an interesting comment on an old post, I get to see it straight away. Obviously it keeps the spammers from getting onto the post comments too.

    I *hate* the captcha though. That's just too much like hard work. :)

    Same thing happening to me, dude. About 20 posts today all with the same stupid comment from some spammer - bloody annoying.
